Tokyo 24
I photographed Tokyo over the course of twenty-four hours, walking without a plan and letting the city set the pace. From morning to night, I followed its rhythm, its repetitions, and its sudden shifts. What stayed with me were small things: the order of everyday life, the gentleness of people, the distance they keep from one another. Couples rarely touch. Tradition and modernity coexist without explanation. Fashion appears unexpectedly, often quietly strange.
The series was exhibited at Trieste Photo Days and featured in ID Magazine.
